Today, Love and Logic sells 16,000+ workbooks each year to parents and educators to assist in the raising of healthy, well-adjusted children.

In 2020, Love and Logic partnered with Amen Clinics and its companies to develop healthy, responsible, respectful children, bringing over 80 years of research and experience together. Amen Clinics has been in business for over 33 years and is one of the largest and most respected mental health private practices in the country. Amen Clinics specializes in brain and mental health, while Love and Logic has developed a wealth of practical strategies in developing happy, effective children. Together, they help kids take ownership of their brains and minds to optimize their biological, psychological, and social well-being so they can live happy, purposeful lives.

Responsible for the digital management of Love and Logic, as well as other brands within the Amen Clinics Companies, including Amen University, Amen Clinics, and others. Duties include helping develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. This includes communications among team members, attending meetings, working with the project management software system, adding, and editing website content, analyzing trends to help define the organization's marketing strategy, and contributing ideas on how to best reach the target market.

The person filling this role must have the ability to move from project to project, quickly organize information, is data-driven, possesses a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space, and is able to deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent oral communication, written communication, and online research skills are essential for success in this position. This position requires knowledge of inbound marketing, paid search (PPC), content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, along with other digital mediums. The ideal candidate also has experience setting up, managing, testing, and optimizing campaigns in platforms, such as in Facebooks Business Manager and Google Ads. In addition, this person would have experience using Google Analytics as well as setting strategy and optimize funnels based on split testing of ad variations, such as creative, pricing, and offers.

  • Collaborate with other team members (designers, writers, developers, marketers, etc.) as well as outside vendors and partners to develop, implement and monitor strategic marketing initiatives, such as email, social media, or digital campaigns. This may include attending meetings, following up with requests, and working with the team to create marketing materials.

  • Manage internal projects through project management software (Asana)

  • Proofread, edit, and assist with writing for content across different mediums

  • Oversee all content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency (adhering to brand guidelines), and a positive customer experience

  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and compare to goals (Key Performance Indicators). Report and analyze on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.

  • Possessing knowledge of the eCommerce space, including competitive and marketing strategies, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.

  • Create, review, and update content on e-commerce website(s) in collaboration with design, marketing, and product development teams

  • The ideal candidate is also experienced in SEO and a variety of digital marketing paid efforts and can also set up, manage, conduct A/B testing, and monitor and analyze relevant metrics to evaluate the performance of each marketing campaign, such as in Facebooks Business Manager and Google Ads. In addition, this person would have experience using Google Analytics as well as setting strategy and optimize funnels based on split testing of ad variations, such as creative, pricing, and offers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field required (2-4 Years)

  • Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Passionate about marketing, self-sufficient, a strong interest in mental health

  • Be a team player and bring innovation to the table in the fast-moving industry

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative fast-paced, results-driven environment

  • Is data-driven and has an understanding of the eCommerce space, SEO, lead generation, Content Marketing, and is knowledge of setting up and testing paid media channels (including Facebook, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Email Service Providers)

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Access. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required

  • Experience with Shopify, WordPress, Kajabi, Klayvio (or a similar Email Service Provider), and enterprise resource planning software (such as Asana) a plus
