Robert Half is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client. We need a detail oriented who can keep tight control of digital projects while expertly navigating the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution. A customer-first mindset and experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices are also requirements of the job. Responsibilities include planning and implementing digital marketing initiatives that support the sales and marketing team. The team will support you in overseeing the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media.
Your responsibilities
- Maintain project timeline and status and communicate updates regularly for digital projects
- Support all aspects of paid advertising, PPC, Google Ads, and paid search
- Work with executive leadership to identify trends and insights, and share thought leadership
- Review website analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing analytics
- Help with other project tasks related to print, direct mail and data management as needed
- Develop digital marketing content that will engage the company's customers and partners
- Meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation by planning and executing digital marketing initiatives based on the sales and marketing strategy- Create strategies and tests to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns
- Constantly improve job knowledge by taking advantage of educational opportunities and reading trade publications
- Discover ways to enhance the company's website through creative landing pages, blog posts and SEO
- Own and improve the social media presence of the company
- Prepare reports to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns
