We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help manage our paid media vendors and monitor our paid search budgets. In this role, you should be well-versed in the principles of search engine marketing (SEM). You must also be analytical and good with numbers and larger PPC budgets. This role works closely with the digital marketing team to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions.

As our main point of contact to our current PPC vendor and future paid media vendors, the Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of our digital campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing a multi-channel B2C paid media strategy that will bring focus to the brand and purpose, as well as drive engagement, leads, and conversions throughout the marketing funnel. This is a high impact position that will help raise awareness about the youth mental health crisis and make a positive change in the world by connecting us to the clients and families that need our services.

The ideal candidate has experience managing lead generation campaigns optimized to qualified lead conversion.

However, we offer a hybrid work schedule including a mix of remote work and working in our brand new Chandler office headquarters.

  • Manage, review, and maintain oversight with paid media vendor(s).
  • Tracking KPIs and producing useful reports for management.
  • Apply statistics and data modeling to gain actionable business insights and boost lead generation.
  • Maintain and develop new partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors.
  • Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud.
  • Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends.
  • Send weekly summary reports to stakeholders.
  • Work with the team on new campaigns and paid media strategies.


  • 2 - 5 years of experience with paid media and digital customer acquisition.
  • Google AdWords Certified (preferred, but not required).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills are required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Experience in all aspects of digital marketing, including Paid Social Ads and PPC (Google and Bing).
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking with strong math skills.
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $75,000-$90,000.
