The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time professional who can assist with marketing activities for new customer acquisition amongst paid media channels that include affiliate marketing, search engine marketing/PPC, and paid social. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly analytical, strives for data-driven results and wants to gain experience in multiple facets of marketing.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Build and deliver multi-channel digital campaigns (affiliate, display, search) to reach target audiences and drive business results.
- Create, monitor and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms and brands
- Partner with cross functional teams on projects that achieve best results for marketing efforts
- Serve as a key resource in enhancing tools and technology to improve tracking, attribution, audience segmentation, and reporting
- Develop and implement strategy for multiple platforms, including but not limited to Google, Microsoft, Impact, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and optimize affiliate performance to increase affiliate-generated revenues
- Strategize new opportunities, new technologies, and experiments with marketing leadership to drive long-term, sustainable growth.
- Inform and influence offers, promotions and buyer journeys required to drive conversion optimization.
- Accountable for daily monitoring, budget, optimization, testing, analysis, and Return on Investment (ROI) across all channels and campaigns.
- Partner with marketing resources on proof-of-concept efforts to establish new online marketing opportunities.
Competency:
- Digital Marketing (Affiliate, Display, Search, PLAs)
- Perform competitive analysis, audience research, and other market insights to develop campaigns to further company growth
- Excellent analytical skills
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Multimedia/Digital Design, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
- Experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and drive conversions.
Preferred:
- Knowledge and understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including channel knowledge in SEM/PPC, affiliate marketing, CRO, etc.
- Knowledge of Google tools (AdWords, Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager).
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and compliance.
- Ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions and business decisions.
- Ability to contribute to refining digital marketing processes, procedures, and tools.
- Ability to manage rapidly shifting priorities & timelines.
Reports to: Director of Marketing & Merchandising
Base salary commensurate with experience and qualifications; discretionary annual bonus potential based upon meeting goals & objectives.
