Job Details

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you would work in partnership with both internal team members and stakeholders on analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and implementing digital media strategy with a focus on Google, Facebook, SEO and website design/development.

  • Lead company email marketing/marketing automation programs, making recommendations on best practices and enhancements to streamline communications with a focus on driving ROI and the customer journey
  • Identify and implement acquisition, curation and segmentation techniques to grow, nurture and maintain audiences
  • Develop, implement and manage organic and paid social media strategy in coordination with creative services team members
  • Create, execute and monitor SEM/PPC campaigns with experience in Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards that are distributed to stakeholders and leadership on a regular cadence (weekly, monthly) with the ability to communicate and visualize metrics into a digestible format for all levels of understanding
  • Familiarity with basic website design and publishing with knowledge of HTML, CSS
  • Define and report on digital channel KPIs (social, website, email)
  • Analyze campaign performance with the ability to create actionable insights
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, best practices and technologies
  • Support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities and campaigns

The skills and knowledge we're looking for in a Digital Marketing Specialist are:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or digital analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Process-oriented, committed to operational efficiency and organization
  • An independent self-starter who needs limited direction to set & accomplish project goals
  • Proficient in MS Office products
