Robert Half is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client. We need a professional who can keep tight control of the bottom line while expertly navigating the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution.A customer-first mindset and experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices are also requirements of the job. Then we want to hear from you!Responsibilities include planning and implementing digital initiatives that support the sales and marketing strategies of our client. The Marketing Manager will support you in overseeing the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media.

Responsibilities

- Engage with technology and creative vendor partners to meet expectations on brand compliance, deadlines and budget

- Develop and maintain the company's social media presence

- Create strategies and tests to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns

- Meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation by planning and executing digital marketing initiatives based on the sales and marketing strategy- Identify opportunities to enhance the company's website through creative landing pages, blog posts and SEO

- Aid in updating the online customer portal to improve user experience

- Create content that will engage the company's customers and partners

- Track digital marketing campaigns and prepare reports

- Maintain project timeline and status and communicate updates regularly for digital projects

- Enhance job knowledge by reading trade publications and seeking out educational opportunities

- Identify trends and insights with executive leadership and share thought leadership

- Assist with other project tasks related to print, direct mail and data management as needed
