Robert Half is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client. We need a professional who can keep tight control of the bottom line while expertly navigating the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution.Experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices, as well as a customer-first mindset are essential for this job. We want to hear from you if you are detail-oriented and have strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.In this position, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of all digital initiatives that support the sales strategy and marketing plans for our client. With support from the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media.

Your responsibilities

- Develop content that will engage the company's customers and partners

- Support updates of the online customer portal to improve user experience

- Collaborate with technology and creative vendor partners in order to meet expectations on budget, deadlines and brand compliance

- Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives to meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation

- Support other project tasks related to print, direct mail and data management as needed

- Prepare reports to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns

- Identify opportunities to enhance the company's website through creative landing pages, blog posts and SEO

- Enhance job knowledge by taking advantage of educational opportunities and reading trade publications

- Maintain project status and timeline for digital projects, communicating updates regularly

- Build and maintain the company's social media presence

- Work on new tests and strategies to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns

- Identify trends and insights with executive leadership and share thought leadership
