Our reputable client is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist. This professional should be able to keep tight control of the bottom line while expertly navigating the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution. A customer-first mindset and experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices are also requirements of the job. If you're detail-oriented and have strong decision-making and interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities include planning and implementing digital initiatives that support the sales and marketing strategies of our client. The Marketing Manager will support you in overseeing the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media.

Key responsibilities

- Improve user experience by supporting updates of the online customer portal

- Put together reports that track the performance of digital marketing campaigns

- Work with executive leadership to identify trends and insights, and share thought leadership

- Build and maintain the company's social media presence

- Assist with other project tasks related to print, direct mail and data management as needed

- Discover ways to enhance the company's website through creative landing pages, blog posts and SEO

- Create strategies and tests to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns

- Build content that will be engaging for the company's partners and customers

- Meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation by planning and executing digital marketing initiatives based on the sales and marketing strategy- Enhance job knowledge by taking advantage of educational opportunities and reading trade publications

- Collaborate with technology and creative vendor partners in order to meet expectations on budget, deadlines and brand compliance

- Maintain project timeline and status and communicate updates regularly for digital projects
