Kelly Services is seeking a Digital Marketing Professional for an American company that manufactures footwear, sports, and casual apparel located in Baltimore, MD.
Job Title: Digital Marketing Professional
Job Type: Temp, potential Temp-To-Hire
Start Date: August 2019
End Date: 3-months (potential for extension)=
Location: Baltimore, MD
Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day
Pay Rate: $40 - $53 per hour
The Digital Marketing Professional will directly support the Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, passionate about marketing, service oriented, energetic and will take ownership of small and big projects with a positive attitude. As the Digital Marketing Professional, you will assist in the day-to-day administration of digital marketing, and advertising initiatives, as well as help project manage activation efforts and communication with internal clients. You must be assertive and able to demonstrate initiative, leadership and strong follow-up skills. Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
What will you do?
- Maintain project/campaign calendar and deadlines
- Create creative briefs that communicate core marketing best practices and previous learnings in order to communicate our marketing stories as effectively as possible
- Build campaign wrap up reporting decks and lessons learned
- Maintain budget and accurate accounting; manage large marketing media campaign budgets and adjust/optimize as needed
- Maintain creative repository of ideas across marketing channels to drive tests forward
- Establish internal blog of best in class creative, strategy, and marketing activities
- Work with various disciplines to ensure program, plans are hitting KPIs; liaise with other teams within Company to support company marketing initiatives, and work with a broad set of internal stakeholders to formulate and test new ideas that improve conversion rate and expand access to additional customer audiences
- Assist in the creation of strategic plans for various internal clients
- Create status reports
- Manage and execute paid efforts on social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest)
- Display an in-depth understanding of the functionality and best practices of all major social platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.
- Develop strong working relationships with social vendors to stay up to date on new ad offerings and test opportunities – maintain existing relationships
- Be able to manage an external agency not only maintaining a strong relationship, but working with them on budget, optimizations and strategy
- Work with the analytics team and agency to interpret social metrics and identify key social media successes and opportunities
- Understand how digital acquisition channels play into the overarching portfolio strategy

What have you accomplished already?
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or similar fields OR Associates with good experience
- 2-4 years of digital marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of organization
- Detail oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced & dynamic environment
- Intellectual curiosity
- Passion for marketing, advertising, and technology
- Proficient In PowerPoint, Excel
- Experience working Facebook power editor and business manager to be able to monitor and recognize real time opportunities
- Experience working in Adwords & DS3 preferred
