Your Impact
The Digital Marketing Manager works with the Goettl marketing team and agency partners to facilitate all digital marketing campaigns. This position oversees the production, execution, monitoring, and ongoing optimization of digital marketing activities, facilitating integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Strategic Work:
Facilitates all web, SEO/SEM, pay-per-click, database and email adverting campaigns
Works with the team to implement digital advertising strategy to increase brand awareness, website traffic and drive leads
Identifies critical conversion points, and drop offs points in the customer journey
Manages website partner to plan and implement ongoing changes
Facilitates work done to the website to improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and UX
Facilitates building additional landing pages as needed for new campaigns
Takes input from agency partners on improvements needed and facilitates work needed to implement recommended changes
Helps map digital strategy to leads needed to meet revenue goals
Facilitates the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns for new markets
Integrates newly acquired businesses digital marketing into the ‘Goettl’ umbrella
Plans and oversees the development of landing pages that help with conversions
Understands and uses Service Titan’s Marketing Pro email and remarketing tools
Tactical Work:
•
Monitors, interprets, and communicates digital performance by producing reports and presentations
Facilitates A/B testing, rolling out lessons learned
Leads real time changes needed in an ever-changing competitive landscape
Works with agency partners to maintain lead generation under the cost-per-lead goals
Works with the creative and marketing team to produce content needed for all digital assets
Manages access to Google advertising suite of programs
Manages and produces email campaigns in Service Titan’s Marketing Pro, working with creative team to produce content
Manages multiple projects in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
Manages digital dashboard access across several different accounts
Places tags as needed on company website

Improves SEO rankings
Meets digital lead goals, optimizing campaigns to the lowest cost per lead
Analyzes highest revenue producing areas and targets marketing to them
Integrate new markets into Goettl branding
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, digital media or similar
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics such as Google Analytics + Ads, WordPress, Facebook Business Manager
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email and paid search campaigns
Excellent understanding of digital practices such as SEO, SEM, SMO + PPC (Pay Per Click)
Strong Leadership and project management experience
4+ Years in Digital Marketing
