The Digital Marketing Manager assists in the development of enterprise-wide campaigns and online and off-line creative components. The perfect candidate will work towards aligning San Pedro Fish Market’s Core Focus across all Marketing initiatives while striving to always portray San Pedro Fish Market’s Core Values to the community.

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for acting as a brand guardian to ensure brand consistency throughout all of our locations and platforms and to achieve all department goals and objectives.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide monthly marketing budget variance reports
  • Track and present KPIs for all marketing functions
  • Adhere to company’s core values, core focus and market strategy
  • Assist with planning, implementing and managing marketing strategy
  • Review and manage content marketing strategy across all platforms
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology, practices, developments and trends pertaining to the department
  • Design, execute and track effective marketing campaigns
  • Adhere to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and online channels
  • Analyze the competition and review results of market research adjusting the marketing strategy accordingly
  • Oversee media relations including social media and all methods of advertising
  • Manage email marketing platform and campaigns
  • Manage Loyalty/Rewards platform
  • Oversee all promotional and informational pieces, both printed and digital
  • Oversee marketing offers on all 3rd party platforms
  • Manage local listings
  • Advise the e-commerce team/product development based on results of market research
  • Supervise the management of all websites, including Shopify
  • Provide guidance on staff/resource needs
  • Handle corporate communications to deliver a brand-consistent message
  • Heighten awareness of all SPFM entities in the community and marketplace
  • Attend marketing conferences and educational programs, when relevant

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years related experience required
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products
  • Skilled at SEM (Google AdWords), SEO
  • Proficient in email marketing
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices
