Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will manage all digital marketing activities for the company and will create and execute marketing strategies that drive sales growth in line with company objectives. In addition, this role will plan and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products, and services. Duties include planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conceptualizes, builds, and executes multi-channel marketing plans and campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue
  • Ensures continuity and consistency of key messaging across all media platforms
  • Ensures strategic coordination of marketing initiatives: i.e., social media, conferences, PR, product launches
  • Manages the company’s social media presence, produces content, and regularly provides updates on all social media channels in line with company objectives; research market for content and creative best practices; benchmarks competitive activities
  • Measures website search rankings and creates programs for measurable improvements
  • Measures and optimizes website performance
  • Measures and reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and website analytics
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of market conditions, technology trends, and competitor landscape
  • Work collaboratively across internal stakeholders to support digital marketing initiatives
  • Proficient in content writing
  • Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, social and email marketing
  • Create, maintain, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Responsible for reporting campaign and channel performance and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify opportunities to optimize target audience, messaging, and content formats.
  • Produce insights to drive paid advertising strategy that supports a customer-first approach and key business objectives
  • Drive the market introduction of new products
  • Work with Regional Sales Managers to identify and activate new digital marketing opportunities globally that drive both demand and acceptance of the company’s clinical and scientific product solutions

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field, MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and technical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects, with good organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively, lead and collaborate in a cross-functional team
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as necessary
