Reporting to the Senior Director of MarketingServices, the Digital Marketing Manager will deploy best practices inmarketing automation and lead lifecycle management to grow revenue througheffective customer engagement. As a subject matter expert in customerrelationship management platforms (i.e. Salesforce), marketing automation(i.e. Marketo), website analytics and advertising dashboards, youwill help manage the customer decision journey.

In this role, you will pitch in to help HoneywellAerospace improve our marketing automation processes and improve our ability tomanage the lead lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage marketing automation efforts and processes to proactively deploy best practice processes within Marketo
Optimize marketing automation practices for Honeywell Aerospace
Effectively aggregate data by account, market, business or region, as needed
Manage suppliers and agencies to deploy effective solutions
Ensure efficiency and ROI on campaigns by optimizing lead to revenue
Evaluate effectiveness of global customer marketing campaigns
Meet monthly deadlines for Aerospace reporting needs, as required
Matrix manage and mentor marketing automation and lead qualification specialists
Forecast key metrics such as lead generation and sales opportunities
Coordinate enhancements with other functions including IT and Sales Excellence
Work with other business groups to drive common processes across lead qualification
Present data that is accurate, relevant and easy to understand
Perform duties of the team, like reporting and lead qualification, as needed

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s Degree
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
4+ years of experience in marketing, marketing automation, and/ lead lifecycle management
2+ years leading transformation projects
Marketo Certified Business Consultant

Digital dashboard experience (like Tableau)
Presentation skills experience (like PowerPoint)
Marketing automation knowledge (like Marketo)

Basic knowledge of web tagging and tracking (like Adobe Launch)
Strong financial acumen
Understanding of customer relationship management tools (like Salesforce)
Understanding of the Aerospace industry
Ability to succeed in often interrupt-driven, ambiguous and highly matrixed environments
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence key stake holders
Ability to establish strong working relationships with key work partners
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
