About the Role

365 Pronto, a platform technology company acquired by Enphase in December 2021 is disrupting the cleantech O&M space.  The organization is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager based out of our Scottsdale, Arizona office.

This position is the brainpower and engine behind 365 Pronto’s growth trajectory and crucial to the organizations success in establishing market leadership. They are accountable for key customer and installer account acquisition through digital channels and campaign management. This is an individual contributor role with managed ad spend and external agency support.  

The ideal candidate is an architect that applies structured thinking to complex problems; a hands-on technician who can roll their sleeves up and troubleshoot any issue; a psychologist inside the mind of our target audience; a storyteller who can shine the light and illustrate our solution effectively; and an analyst who can draw out the right insights needed to course correct. They identify strongly as a revenue-centric marketer who can think outside the box.

Deeply curious and exhaustive in their approach, this person brings high energy and a can-do attitude to the table, rolling up their sleeves and getting hands-on with the details.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital campaigns to generate pipeline
  • Construct clear, target-focused landing pages including image selection and on-page copywriting
  • Create lead capture forms and embed within backend workflows and CRM architecture
  • Create and define email nurturing streams in line with target markets and lead profile types
  • Write copy for marketing emails and work with content marketing for one-off/on-going campaigns
  • Plan and execute online events
  • Manage external graphic design resources to fulfill needed campaign requirements on ad creative
  • Drive new leads from paid search: proactively leveraging keyword planner, aligning ad groups with our products and services, tracking cost per lead, etc.
  • Manage our paid social function, selecting appropriate ad products, ensuring creative rotation, alignment to landing page, etc.
  • Regularly meet and collaborate with content marketing to identify/deploy needed content pieces
  • Regularly meet and collaborate with sales leadership to ensure campaigns are clear, cohesive and align with revenue targets
  • Work with sales support specialist to ensure workflows, notifications, supporting CRM architecture
  • Measure, analyze, and report out on campaign, channel, and program performance
  • Continually explore, assess, and recommend or decline new and emerging marketing channels and tactics

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of dedicated experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in paid social platforms: Facebook Business Mgr., LI Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Theoretical and applied understanding of email nurturing techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in e-mail marketing platforms such as MailChimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
  • Comfortable with creating and running Google Analytics reports
  • Knowledge of best practice for landing page design and optimization
  • Intermediate proficiency in landing page design tools such as Unbounce, Instapage, etc.
  • Intermediate proficiency in marketing automation systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
  • Intermediate proficiency in CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce
  • Basic proficiency in WordPress or other content management systems
  • Strong and dynamic writing skills for digital marketing applications: emails, landing page copy, etc.
  • High EQ and strong interpersonal communicator
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-directed, thrives in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills
