Scope of the job .

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work with the Director of Marketing developing, implementing, and managing marketing content and assets that promote right execution along the consultant channel. This Manager plays a major role in enhancing the consultant journey across all funnels and their customer’s awareness of the company priorities.

The Manager also leads the communication initiatives to ensure the right translation of the content, insights and claims leveraging the most effective digital channels and ensuring congruency and impactful communication to the consultants and their clients.

Qualifications and skills

● Deep knowledge of digital tools, social media, email marketing and creation of Blogs ● Proven record of creating successful digital campaigns.

● Ability to run specific requests including monthly campaigns

● Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. ● Natural ability to create a fun, high-energy, high-performance team. ● Be innovative, analytical and create solutions and programs to help Consultants thrive in a dynamic changing marketplace and competitive landscape.

● Strong communication and leadership skills, managing priorities in accordance with company goals.

● Be goal oriented: set and achieve aggressive goals with measurable results. ● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field. ● A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the MLM industry.
