What you will be doing:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be the driving force behind the beauty division holistic digital strategy and execution which is inclusive of online: hottools.com and revlonhairtools.com, as well as across all digital marketing channels/platforms. This role will be responsible for growing online revenue, increasing engagement, delivering outstanding brand and customer experiences while building analytical capabilities to drive acquisition, engagement and retention.

  • Craft strategies to identify and activate digital media, refine platform mix and optimize online merchandising presentations as well as product assortments.

  • Develop ecomm/digital business plans, cases, business and IT requirements as needed.

  • Serve as a voice of the customer and acts as a customer experience advocate in considering decisions that will affect our customers.

  • Work cross-functionally with brand, creative and IT teams to deliver site capabilities that improve b2c marketing campaigns and with sales to align b2b campaigns, including seo, email, social, sem, website. Partner with brand to identify, align and activate against key brand priorities.

  • Closely supervise market trends, digital development and customer and cultural insights, working cross-functionally to translate into future improvements and new experiences.

  • YOY growth and improvements on all platforms – growth targets to be established on an annual basis.

  • Positive engagement, acquisition and retention metrics based on pre-determined targets.

  • Able to deliver projects on time, aligned with brand and within budget.

  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative inputs to build, maintain and activate a personalized experience for key customer segments.

  • Serve as an extension of the brand marketing team passionate about building awareness, generating demand, driving conversion, delighting consumers and inspiring evangelism.

  • Demonstrate qualitative, quantitative and trend inputs to drive websites update.

  • Drive business results and key performance indicators by using data to inspire change and to measure impact of delivery. Also, employ evidence based strategies to advise investment decisions.

  • Handle existing vendor and agency relationships to ensure all solutions and services are being improved.

  • Report key success metrics to partners regarding business performance, opportunities and project status.

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Experience developing and handling sites on Magento or Oracle

  • Implement effective customer acquisition programs

  • Consistent record of success in a fast-paced growth environment by possessing the experience, ability and knowledge to adapt and apply in effort to move the business forward

  • Proven eye for business and understanding

  • Excellent presentation, communication and project management skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA degree in related field

  • 5 +years’ experience in relevant digital marketing roles

  • Experience with sophisticated data and decision sciences methods to achieve business results

  • High level of understanding of applied digital standard methodologies and experience/technology trends

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
