Our client is looking for a Digital Experience Manager to join their growing Digital Marketing team. This role will be responsible for owning and leading the charge for web products ensuring we deliver a consistent, customer-centered experience. They will be the advocate for their existing and prospective users to ensure a seamless digital experience end to end, be informed about our competitive landscape and become the go-to expert for their product area to help drive the product roadmap and strategy. They will work across the product lifecycle helping to shape the product, launching the product, and continuing to grow adoption. The Digital Experience Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and be responsible for driving high quality customer experience with data driven decisions.
- Own the web product and work collaboratively to innovatively transform the digital experience
- Work closely with marketing development teams and cross functionally organizational teams to create the most profitable course for each existing and new product
- Generate customer insights and leverage data to inform the web product strategy and assess web product performance.
- Product evangelist and storytelling
- Go-to-market strategy for new product launches
- Drive the user research, user testing, and A/B testing roadmap for the products
