Essential Duties

• Plan, create (write and design) and manage email and social media marketing efforts including: service promotion, content promotion, thought leadership, new business development and special campaigns.

• Develop and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns.

• Coordinate post/share campaigns by internal management and physicians.

• Manage the LinkedIn profile for senior leaders and support improvements of the LinkedIn profile for the Business Development team

• Develop and host regular webinars for physician recruitment and targeting hospital administrators.

• Post blogs and updates to the company’s WordPress website, and work with external vendors to search engine optimize pages and execute more advanced (developer-supported) updates to the website.

• Manage robust digital marketing calendar, including use of mass emails, drip programming, automations, and coordinated social media posts.

• Own sending pre- and post-event conference emails and social media, as needed.

• Support lead generation and pipeline development by improving hospital and contact engagement by further segmenting data and/or better using existing data.

• Coordinate and contribute to digital content development to support email and social media efforts.

• Offer creative, strategic ideas to the Marketing and Business Development teams.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing ad hoc administrative functions, as needed.

Responsibilities/Tasks (include but are not limited to):

• Manage all email and social media reporting and lead generation.

• Create standard email templates and update as needed.

• Analyze contact behavior to meet product demand and preferences.

• Implementing efficient nurture campaigns and coordinated social media. 

• Maintain email database and expand social media followers.

• Support development of quarterly and annual plans in conjunction with other marketing tactics, sales objectives and business goals.

• Detail activities and campaigns to meet or exceed lead generation goals. 

• Manage LinkedIn contact development and posts for key members of the leadership team. Analyze business development needs and marketing tactics to identify areas of improvement and best performing content/tactics.
