Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Head of Marketing to develop and execute Digital Marketing strategy
  • Grow new marketing-qualified leads by converting site traffic through calls to action, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Optimize lead nurturing processes through email, webinars, content, social channels, and paid advertising
  • Manage and maintain marketing automation activities
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the ROI and impact of Digital Marketing activities on sales pipeline and revenue
  • Identify and test against new channels to expand our acquisition strategy
  • Manage and maintain customer and prospect database hygiene, segmentation, and lead scoring models
  • Write and edit compelling eblasts, ads, website/landing page content, social media posts, and ensure content is optimized for best performance
  • Work with Content Marketing Manager to help inform content strategy, develop campaign-specific messages, and align demand generation

programs with ongoing copywriting initiatives

Skills:

  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience managing Digital Marketing campaigns for a SaaS organization
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
  • Expert knowledge in using HubSpot’s marketing automation software for email marketing and lead nurturing in order to generate traffic,

convert visitors into leads, and nurture them.

  • Experience producing B2B channel-specific content for emails, ads, landing pages, and social media posts
  • Experience running a variety of campaigns, including awareness and acquisition
  • Knowledge of optimal campaign structures and bidding strategies
  • Highly analytical with the ability to derive meaning from data through A/B campaign testing
  • Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization
  • Be a highly disciplined, self-motivated individual who can point to measurable success.
  • Contribute to a culture of openness and respect
  • Be fluent in project management and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Asana), and an effective verbal and written communicator
