Responsibilities

* Build out and execute all inbound and outbound marketing campaigns from start to finish
* Develop, communicate, and share marketing promotional plans and digital calendars to ensure seamless communication and knowledge of all marketing activities
* Collaborate with revenue team to deliver high impact lead generation campaigns as well as ideas for PR, blog content and social media presence
* Review and update content (website, drip campaigns, marketing material) to maintain consistency with the firm's unique value prop and strategic aims
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid an organic programs/campaigns
* Create, develop, schedule and grow social media presence
* Generate ideas/content for blogs with revenue team in order to grow our blog readership and build out that community and increase brand awareness
* Coordinate with graphics designers to ensure all public facing marketing product materials are up to date and “on brand”
* Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep ahead.

Required Skills

* A solid understanding and awareness of competitive landscape at all times
* Deep understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
* In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google Ads), retargeting, display, video advertising, social network advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and Google Analytics
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong creative writing, editing, and proofing technical and non-technical content (technical oversight provided by CEO)
* Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
* Basic familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, and production Soft Skills:
