Key responsibilities

- Drive more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives

- Lay out clear communications to the customer that are related to their needs and life stage

- Cultivate, suggest, forge, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; plus spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions

- Prioritize take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives

- Lead an experienced team of digital specialists and head the digital strategy

- Verify that the CRM plan is executed without any delay and within budget

- Lead weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI
