Your responsibilities in this role

- Safeguard that the CRM plan is executed within the agreed time and within budget

- Create, recommend, generate, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; coupled with spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions

- Initiate weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI

- Cooperate with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to boost the customer journey & experience

- Set take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives

- Head a strong team of digital specialists and manage the digital strategy

- Provide more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives

- Present clear communications to the customer that are essential to their needs and life stage
