Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ
Type: Direct Hire
Adecco is assisting their local client in their search for a Digital Marketing Project Manager This is not a training role.  This person will provide strategic leadership and implementation for the company's marketing activities, with a focus on lead generation, content creation, social media and digital presence. Essential duties include but not limited to:
Developing overall strategy and managing day to day operations for the company's marketing automation platform, Marketo, including administration, email, webpages, reporting, strategy, features and capabilities.

  • Helping to create content for video, web, print, and digital marketing collateral including infographics, white papers, blogs, e-mail and web content.
  • Developing strategy and execution for lead and prospect nurturing campaigns.
  • Generating and managing monthly marketing metrics to assess marketing activities and make mid-course corrections to achieve lead generation goals.
  • Creating campaign strategies, audience targeting and social media presence.

    • The ideal candidate will:

  • Be up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • The ideal canindate must have Marketo and Pardot or Hubspot experience.
  • Have high proficiency in Salesforce or related CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel, Marketo, Pardot,  Hubspot, web-based design and marketing software, marketing automation
  • Have knowledge of analytics/metrics, SEO and PPC, B2B marketing, lead generation, and the health care industry are all major plusses
  • Have previous experience with marketing to a B2B audience
  • Have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Have 5-7 years of marketing/communications experience
