Digital Marketing Manager

This position is responsible for all aspects of marketing operations and will lead the
marketing team. This position’s central goal is to help grow our e-commerce platform of
International beauty personal care products in the USA, while also increasing the e-
commerce platform brand loyalty and awareness. Duties will include planning,
implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
Person must have experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management in
beauty personal care space.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media,
and display advertising campaigns.
Keeps informed of all trends, new products, and general economic conditions in the
industry and the global markets. Uses this information to adjust/adapt the business
so as to exploit opportunities in the market.
Designs, builds, and maintains social media presence.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and
assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience
across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user
Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluates emerging technologies.
Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience
Minimum 4+ years’ experience in Digital marketing in beauty personal care
Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
Creating and maintaining client relationships
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising
digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Experience executing paid social media campaigns
Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
Full understanding of all social media platforms
