Your responsibilities in this role

- Dispatch clear communications to the customer that are applicable to their needs and life stage

- Supervise a team of digital specialists as well as direct the digital strategy

- Process take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives

- Safeguard that the CRM plan is executed within the agreed time and within budget

- Evolve, launch, constitute, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns and also spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions

- Aid product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to upgrade the customer journey & experience

- Manage weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI

- Inspire more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
