The Creative Group is looking for a multifaceted Digital Marketing Manager for a growing on-line retailer! Do you possess a customer-first mindset and have experience improving online customer experiences? Are you looking for a leadership role in which you could make a significant impact? If so, The Creative Group is looking to place a Digital Marketing Manager with our client. We have an opening on our dynamic team for an experienced, knowledgeable Digital Marketing Manager who understands the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution, can make decisions, get the job done, and is good with people and details. We prefer candidates who have experience in copywriting, art direction, and social media with the ability to expand a brand's reach while increasing its loyalty and awareness. This Digital Marketing Manager job is looking for a person who wants a unique opportunity to lead digital improvement initiatives while also participating in digital transformation efforts. This is an 3 month contract-to-hire, 40 hours weekly and will require candidates to be on-site in the West TN area.

Key responsibilities

- Work jointly with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to build up the customer journey & experience

- Evolve, launch, constitute, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns and also spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions

- Supply clear communications to the customer that are appropriate to their needs and life stage

- Direct weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI

- Provide more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives

- Arrange take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives

- In addition to guiding a team of digital specialists, you will lead the digital strategy

- Warrant that the CRM plan is executed when expected and within budget
