Your responsibilities

- Supervise a team of digital specialists as well as direct the digital strategy

- Steer weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI

- Flourish, begin, design, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; in addition spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions

- Issue clear communications to the customer that are suitable to their needs and life stage

- Join forces with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to augment the customer journey & experience

- Inspire more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives

- Arrange take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives

- Establish that the CRM plan is executed promptly and within budget
