Description

  • The Digital Marketing Manager in Pall Lab plans and executes marketing initiatives including search, email marketing, social and online advertising campaigns, as well as collaborating with interactive global marketing team on website development to insure successful and effective SEO optimization. The Digital Marketing Manager makes recommendations regarding emerging digital and other new technologies. He or she identifies strategic partners.  

    The Lab business has set ambitious goals to develop and drive more digital content, ensure that the Lab e-commerce site is updated with the most current and relevant content and enrich our 3rd party distributor websites. The DMM will be critical as we plan to transform campaigns from traditional formats into digital formats. This role will work closely with the Lab demand generation team and central marketing team. This role requires a hands-on approach to digital marketing, with a focus on driving development and performance of our www.pall.com/lab website (e-shop and AEM). 

    Responsibilities: 

    • Develop, maintain and improve the Pall Laboratory webpages 

    • Is responsible for the digital customer buying journey and website improvement 

    • Plans, builds and execute annual and quarterly plans for website improvement & digital campaigns 

    • Plans, builds and execute quarterly e-commerce promotional plan 

    • Drive, manage and report digital based MQLs, EV, e-comm sales and visibility. 

    • Interpret website analytics and build relevant and useful reports 

    • Develop and execute a social media strategy to improve followers, shares and Visibility. 

    • Responsible development and improvement of SEO, PPC, Google Ad words 

    • Own product enrichment, lead gen/collection, content development, collateral posting, taxonomy, family page search/selector, SKU pages 

    • Manage Pall Laboratory’s catalogue and messaging on 3rd party e-commerce sites. 

    • Work extensively with Marcom Manager to sync digital & Marcom plans, utilize and promote collateral, and events to improve metrics. 

    • Will need to be comfortable and work well with a remote, global-located team with shared central resources 

    • Perform other safe, legal and ethical duties that are critical to achieve business goals 

    • Align with all company guidelines and programs 

    Minimum Requirements 

    • Bachelor degree Life Sciences or Marketing (ideally have some life science background)
    • 5+ years’ experience in a web/online role in the Life Science / Scientific Laboratory Industry
    • Ability to write scientific SEO content that is easily understandable by the market. 

    • Understand value propositions, how customers digest content and the customer buying journey to drive increase MQLs and Revenue.
