Description

Responsibilities:

  • Receive creative direction from the VP Marketing and President regarding building brand and voice across social channels; ensure marketing campaigns reflect the desired creative vision and adhere to expectations and standards that represent the company’s brand quality

  • Implement, execute, and report on an integrated strategy to grow the company’s social media audience, social engagement, and web traffic

  • Maintain and execute social media editorial calendar

  • Creating and curating content for social media

  • Report social media analytics

  • Stay ahead of social trends, implementing tests and trial programs to expand the company’s presence on new platforms as they gain traction

  • Uploading content to the website via CMS

  • Creating and curating supporting images for site content

  • Providing digital marketing support for real-world events and webinars including landing pages, blog posts, event listings, etc.

Required:

  • Experience with and strong understanding of social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM campaigns

  • Knowledge of media-editing software including Photoshop, Premier and Illustrator

  • Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices and content management platforms

  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools

  • Prior experience with online monitoring and measuring platforms

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead effective teams
