The Creative Group is hiring for a Digital Marketing Manager to work for a luxury brand. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing campaigns to promote event content and general brand awareness through the company’s social media channels, email marketing, and paid online placements. Operating within a lean and nimble marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will also work closely with other team members on a variety of content creation projects across print, digital, and video.

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the company’s social media channels, including new campaign development, content creation, and engaging with users on a regular basis
● Manage Google AdWords and Google Analytics accounts, leveraging statistics for future marketing efforts
● Create and monitor paid social media advertising
● Write and edit copy for corporate and marketing materials, including press releases
● Design print & digital marketing collateral such as eblasts, postcards, booklets, mailers, invitations, and proposal materials
● Manage ongoing email marketing calendar
● Implement website updates within WordPress, including publishing new vehicles and uploading online catalogue assets
● Act as Line Producer to manage video shoot logistics and scheduling crew for video projects
● Oversee the video editing process and communicate requested edits to the production team
● Assist with pulling archived auction materials for press requests as needed
● Collect social media breaks and eblast content for client coverage reports
● Manage Waze ads for auction events
● Assist as needed with batch processing large sets of images
● Photo-document vehicles’ condition upon arrival and departure from auction sites
● Work with the in-house publicist to manage the press desk, support staff, and on-site interviews
at events

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Photography, or related field
● Strong eye for design and typography
● Excellent written communication and copywriting experience
● Solid understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads
● Experience in social media paid advertising and content creation for a luxury brand
● Minimum 2-3 years experience in designing print and digital marketing materials
● Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Basic HTML / Dreamweaver knowledge
● Outstanding attention to detail
● Strong organization skills
● Skilled at multitasking and willingness to shift priorities to pitch in wherever needed
● Able to collaborate with a team or work alone with minimal supervision
● Video editing experience a plus
● Some travel required
