What you get to do every day

- Administer weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI

- Work jointly with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to build up the customer journey & experience

- Spur more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives

- Build, submit, form, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; on top of spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions

- Manage a skilled team of digital specialists and take the lead on the digital strategy

- Warrant that the CRM plan is executed when expected and within budget

- Dispense clear communications to the customer that are imperative to their needs and life stage

- Delegate take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives
