Compensation: $34.04 to $39.41 hourly

TCG is partnering with a Software company in Centennial to find a Digital Marketing Manager. We are looking for someone who understands the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis, and campaign execution. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will get the opportunity to be the 2nd in command to the Director of marketing, managing digital improvement initiatives and participate in digital transformation efforts. Experience with Hubspot is a must as well as running email campaigns, Social Media, Google Analytics and WordPress. This temporary-to-full-time employment opportunity is based in the Centennial, Colorado area.

How you will make an impact:
- Develop, propose, establish, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; along with spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions
- Check that the CRM plan is executed within the estimated time period and within budget
- Issue clear communications to the customer that are suitable to their needs and life stage
- Head weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI
- Aid product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to upgrade the customer journey & experience
- Calculate take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives
- Prompt more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
