Opportunity: The Mom Project is helping to source candidates for the above client who is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager.

Commitment Level:  ~42.5 hours per week, onsite

We are excited to partner with a company that is providing people with clean, high protein, low sugar consumables, located in Santa Monica, CA.

They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the overall virtual marketing, Direct-to-consumer marketing/e-commerce capabilities, social media communication, content creation (YouTube, email, Reddit, Instagram, etc.) and overall digital marketing strategy of the organization. This role will be the in-house expert in all things e-commerce, Amazon, retail.com and DTC marketing for the company. This includes customer acquisition, conversion, retention and customer satisfaction across all consumer touchpoints.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a quickly growing, talented and passionate team, and to work closely with the founder/CEO to help execute and implement the brand vision. This position will require a high degree of resourcefulness, dedication and passion for the brand and its long-term goals, as well as a willingness to step in and get the job done in all capacities when needed.
This position reports to the CEO and is located in sunny Santa Monica, California 

Role Responsibilities:
• Be an innovative content creator. What digital platforms have not been utilized effectively in the natural beverage space?
• Drive traffic to retailer partners such as Target, Whole Foods, Safeway, CVS, etc.
• Increase overall brand awareness and bring the company’s unique brand story to life through creative campaigns, digital strategy, offline strategy, social media, influencer partnerships, etc.
• Profitably acquire new customers through digital advertising, search engine marketing (SEM),
search engine optimization (SEO), affiliate marketing, display advertising, social media, external partnerships and other direct marketing programs.
• Develop and implement a cohesive, annual omnichannel marketing strategy to support the company’s revenue and growth goals.
• Develop and evaluate key performance metrics; provide senior leadership accurate summaries and analysis of campaigns, results and forecasts.
• Develop a best-in-class e-commerce business including an e-commerce website and overall consumer experience. 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• 5+ years of consumer marketing experience with a focus on content creation / e-commerce /
digital awareness & engagement. CPG experience is a plus for this role.
• Results-oriented self-starter with a track record of excellent results in a fast-growth environment.
• Must be able to substantiate a clear understanding of consumer and media trends, and the development of market strategies and campaign outcomes resulting in significant growth of customer/revenue base within a competitive environment.
Creative / innovative thinker; organized /detail-oriented; team player/ solution-oriented
approach.
• Strong analytical skills, proven ability to consume and understand data, work with decision scientists and analysts to get to clear results and analysis.
• Exceptional skill in verbal and written communications; must also be an excellent listener.
• Skilled at promoting collaboration and driving problem resolution across all levels of a business.
• Success driving viral awareness and growth of a brand.
• Loyalty programs, PR, events experience a plus.

Education:
• Requires an undergraduate degree.
• MBA or another advanced degree highly valued.
