TCG is partnering with a non-profit to find a Digital Marketing Manager! This is a direct-hire role. ? Developing innovative digital marketing strategies using paid and organic techniques to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, acquire leads, and convert leads to donors ? Leading the content strategy for social media channels, marketing automation tools, as well as digital advertising campaigns and oversee implementation ? Developing best practices for the website, focusing on SEO and conversions ? Overseeing the marketing and business strategy, as well as high-level project management, of the cloud-based SaaS product (Fenly) ? Identifying and developing an effective communication strategy for segments of the Maryland Food Bank?s target audience across digital channels ? Effectively integrating fundraising and marketing campaigns into the digital conversation ? Overseeing digital publishing planning, including the creation and maintenance of calendars ? Designing and implementing A/B tests to optimize conversions ? Analyzing datasets across platforms and providing recommendations to drive growth ? Producing regular reports to highlight digital response and to analyze and improve performance of online channels ? Identifying new technologies, social networks, tools, and digital strategies to improve the food bank?s marketing efforts
