DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, highly creative, and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to join the Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts Marketing team. This person should have a proven record of developing, implementing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is savvy in digital marketing and has experience in the Hospitality/Restaurant industry.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations, overseeing the Digital Marketing team, and working closely with the Marketing team and Operations. This role will be responsible for planning digital marketing campaigns, including social media, web, SEO/SEM, email, and display advertising, maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels, and measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage digital marketing team.
· Manage all aspects of digital marketing for a portfolio of brands through a combination of hands-on efforts and through use of digital marketing agencies.
· Oversee external agencies managing paid search, social media marketing, affiliate marketing, remarketing, etc.
· Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
· Oversee social media content production and strategy and for all brands.
· Manage the launch of new website and social sites as the company launches new brands.
· Implement monthly reporting dashboard to measure and report performance of all digital marketing and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
· Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
· Oversee and participate in content creation for SEO purposes.
· Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
· Collaborate and manage external agencies and other vendor partners.
· Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
