Job Description:

My client is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their digital transformation journey. The marketing team is growing and this role will be play a major key in maintaining and expanding upon their existing marketing automation foundation as well as creating and generating awareness to an untouched market to continue the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilites:

• Engage in all Digital Marketing Platforms; Online marketing strategy, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Manage marketing campaigns- Brand Awareness & Customer engagement
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Analyze and report results from all outbound campaigns while making recommendations to ensure continuous improvement of engagements
• Understand customer base in order to identify and create new email marketing strategies
• Maintain knowledge of digital marketing best practices and ensure these practices are carried out

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, or related field
• Strong experience with marketing automation tools (marketo, hubsport, Eloqua, etc)
• 2+ years experience email marketing; custom emails, email templates, campaign management, custom landing pages, custom forms
• 2+ years experience Lead generation, lead nurturing, lead process optimization, lead routing, lead management
• Exceptional written and communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
