The Creative Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and drive growth across multiple platforms, websites and programs. This role would be great for someone who has B2B or B2C experience and is an SEO champion. Previous experience would be a great plus, but not necessary as long as you have a passion for helping others and a customer-oriented mindset, we want to hear from you! This is a full-time opportunity that sits right in the heart of Downtown Boston, MA. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage paid marketing campaigns including search, social, display, retargeting, and native to optimize spend within and across channels - Measure campaign performance and ROI, leveraging analysis to identify optimization opportunities including design, content, copy, channel, and call-to-action - Analyze campaign performance data and identify actionable insights to improve scale and efficiency - Partner with our external agency and internal design, content and CRM teams to launch and refine acquisition campaigns to drive enrollment into our programs - Manage SEO efforts, working cross-functionally to develop content strategy and translate business goals into SEO strategy QUALIFICATIONS: - BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum 4 years of experience within the digital marketing space - Proven analytical skills via data synthesis, insights and strategic actions - Previous experience with conceiving and running digital campaigns with specific goals (paid social, drip campaigns, landing page A/B tests) and reporting results - Working knowledge of latest marketing software and tools, like Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Domo, Optimizely, Adroll, and Hootsuite
