Key responsibilities - Steer more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives - Supervise a team of digital specialists as well as direct the digital strategy - Supply clear communications to the customer that are appropriate to their needs and life stage - Work jointly with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to build up the customer journey experience - Administer weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI - Enact, present, invent, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; including spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions - Secure that the CRM plan is executed in good time and within budget - Process take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives
