Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Rate: up to $90K + Bonus potential
Our client, a global software technology company, is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager!
The Digital Marketing Manager will plan and execute online marketing activities to drive traffic and ultimately qualified leads to generate sales.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for directing SEM/SEO activities, email marketing, content syndication, and other digital channels to maximize results.
You will work with marketing, sales, campaign and other web teams to coordinate plans and activities in addition to managing agencies, vendors and related budgets.
-Plans and executes online media plans to increase paid leads, trials and sales.
-Presents new ideas, digital tactics and plans to optimize plans and performance.
-Analyzes online data and provide insights for optimization and reporting.
-Works closely with agency, campaign and creative teams to develop and implement campaigns.
-Work with external vendors to execute OUTBOUND tactics (email blasts to purchased lists, internal cold calling, outsourced telemarketing)
-Work with internal resources to execute INBOUND tactics (email nurture, SEO, SEM, Display/Retargeting, Video Advertising, webinars and Conversion Optimization (A/B and Multivariate onsite testing)
-Bachelor's Degree (MBA a plus)
-8+ years relevant experience in Web, SEM, mobile, social digital media planning and strategy
-Must possess analytical skills and ability to relate results to client objectives
-Agency, vendor management experience required
-Budget management experience required
-Managing campaign performance with strong results-orientation
-Experience in driving programs and projects across cross functional teams within an organization
-Analytical pattern recognition: Understanding web analytics, transaction histories, behavioral profiles, industry aggregates, social community feedback
-Proficiency using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Domo, Salesforce and Fusion CRM.
-Agile project management: An understanding of agile marketing methodologies (i.e. scrum approach to marketing)
This is a full-time, on-site, direct hire role located in Midtown Atlanta.
