Compensation: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year

We are looking to add a Channel Marketing Manager who will act as the liaison between the Marketing and the Sales departments to ensure that all retailer marketing programs are executed in a timely fashion. This role is designed to build and grow the relationships with our retail channel partners (online retailers, mass merchants, department stores, whole clubs, and specialty retailers) and will handle all aspects of demand generation and awareness campaigns, including that of: online product postings, web pages, web banners, digital promotions, asset development, as well as in-person events. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the liaison between the Marketing Communications team and the Sales team to plan and execute marketing campaigns Ensure Marketing campaigns support Sales initiatives Manage our digital assets and content through various vendor solutions , including our Product Information Management system (Salsify), our Digital Asset Management system, and Web Collage Develop and build close relationships with key partners and distributors Track the efficiency of the marketing programs and re-tool as needed to improve key metrics KEY REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5-7 years previous experience in a similar position Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Understanding of digital, trade, and channel marketing Experience managing direct reports Strong Project Management skills with the ability to handle concurrent projects and ensure timely deliverables and deadlines are met General understanding of website design and online social media platforms Must be very detail-oriented Very good verbal and written skills to deliver effective presentations to both trade and internal meetings Must be skilled in using the following Microsoft Office Suite applications: Excel, PowerPoint. Willingness to travel approximately 20% or more
