Job Summary:  

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the Company’s Amazon store experience by generating brand awareness, implementing online marketing strategies, and generating higher traffic numbers to increase sales of new and existing products to ensure attainment of the Company's revenue targets.  This role is also responsible for creating cross-channel digital marketing strategies for the company’s other growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:    

  • Develops marketing strategy including product branding and materials to drive online product sales for the company’s Amazon store
  • Manages product listings; continually optimizing the brand store and product listings to drive traffic and sales for existing and new products
  • Develops, or identifies and manages third parties to develop, both digital and physical product materials including packaging designs, brand images, and video content.
  • Apply PPC best practices for Amazon Sponsored Product ads
  • Manages and establishes marketing and launch strategies for new product promotions for new Amazon store product releases
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies, promotions, listings, etc. are compliant with Company legal, regulatory, and quality standards as well as Amazon guidelines and standards
  • Create and implement cross-digital marketing strategies for the company’s other products and services
  • Create, track, and reconcile shipments to Amazon Fulfillment Centers
  • Monitor, analyze and report on performance metrics, sales, marketing performance, and pricing with regular frequency to identify trends and assess performance
  • Make recommendations to change or adjust marketing strategies to deliver against sales and revenue targets Report ROI analysis, campaign tracking, web stats, pricing reports, competitive analysis, promotion analysis on all products

Qualifications: 
•     

  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years years if multi-channel digital marketing experience required
  • 3+ years managing & selling products on Amazon Vendor Central & Seller Central required
  • Working understanding of Amazon Advertising
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to make data-based decisions
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience marketing a wide array of products on all digital channels including Social Media
  • Role is based in our Warren, New Jersey or Portage, Indiana location
