We are seeking a Digital Marketing Insights Manager to be responsible for implementing global campaigns and digital engagement efforts with one of our premier clients, with a specific emphasis on lifecycle management efforts designed to drive demand generation and nurture leads. Responsible for supporting external engagements that advance business objectives, drive awareness and advance organizational reputation through curating the online customer engagement effort.

This position reports to the Global Campaigns and Audience Engagement. This is a remote position unless resides near client site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drives demand generation projects through marketing automation and optimizing lead-nurturing processes via re-retargeting and welcome campaigns.

• Executes marketing operations programs to achieve sourcing goals.

• Leads global email marketing initiatives to engage external and internal audiences, as well as to strengthen the brand.

• Grows email audience base and engagement through personalization, segmentation, and testing strategies.

• Informs and implements strategies for brand building and digital engagement for the brands, with a specific emphasis on digital activation efforts such as email marketing.

• Market and drive awareness of our premier client's brands value proposition through digital activation initiatives.

• Support digital engagement activation initiatives with an emphasis on digital e-marketing and events.

• Manage audience engagement across the client's systems. Implement and measure best in class audience engagement journeys strategies, ensuring all channel activities and assets are aligned to the client's objectives.

• Implement risk mitigation plans for global email marketing, privacy, regulatory and compliance efforts.

• Digital campaigns performance measurement, optimization, reporting, and narrating data to business stakeholders

• Establish understanding of stakeholder influence ecosystem

• Develop deep market knowledge, customer insights, CRM analytics and campaign performance data to help shaping the overall digital transformation strategy and support marketing budget planning and channel investment decisions.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in brand management, marketing, or related field

Education: Bachelor of science in marketing or related field

• Strong familiarity with variety of digital tools and approaches to drive business results

• Deep understanding of all digital channels and 360-degree digital campaigns management,

• Solid understanding of platforms, customer databases, metrics, optimization tactics and CRM troubleshooting

• Strong understanding of channel sequencing and attribution modelling

• Strong hands-on experience using digital analytics, web CMS and CRM platforms

• Good Interpersonal skills, able to influence management and work cross-functionally

• Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize

• Must be detail orientated and have strong personal leadership skills.

• Must be able to organize work towards deadlines and priorities on a daily basis, and to cope with fast pace.

• Energetic, dynamic, enthusiastic, committed, self-starter with can-do attitude

• Aligned with Leadership Imperatives

Preferred:

• HTML coding knowledge

• Understanding of start-up ecosystem development

• Navigate highly matrixed organizations

• Customer journey and/or digital lead generation experience

• Knowledge of SEO, UX and UI principles

• Experience working with and managing vendors, consultants, and budgets
