This position supports the creation and distribution of digital marketing campaigns and events, management of the delivery of digital assets and in depth reporting and analysis of marketing metrics. They will have experience managing the execution of campaign elements, curation of audience, and execution of email campaigns. Theyw ill work collaboratively with a team of intenral professionals and vendor partners to support brand objectives.

Description
This position will have four main responsibilities:
- Work with Head of Business Marketing to execute a digital strategy of B2B content campaigns and newsletters targeted to c-suite audience.
- Create visual emails, develop and manage target audience and track performance
- Work with business user groups to develop and publish content
- Report and analyze campaign performance
- Oversee project development, integration and testing of the CRM to automate centralized campaigns. Work with vendor to troubleshoot, address issues and drive enhancements
- Manage the execution of event invitation and registration process. Oversee the creation of invitations, work with bankers to manage and development target invitee list, create and maintain the event landing and registration pages.
- Work with our internal and external creative agency and/or internal creative services team to manage the visual identity
- Manage the relationship with the creative agency ensuring strategic direction, timely delivery, reviewing and providing feedback of assets.
- Creation, reporting, analysis, insights and publishing of key performance metrics for digital campaigns including organic and paid social media, google analytics, and website visits.
- Consolidate data, analyze and present data
- Create action plans based on performance
- Assist team in delivery of marketing campaigns, assets or events
Other
- Adhere to the policies regarding communication with the public
- Obtain and seek necessary approvals for communications with key stakeholders including legal, compliance, corporate communications and licensed supervisor
- Ability to effectively communicate with and present ideas to senior management and bankers
- Must be able to take a leadership role in driving work product and be a team player
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a strong intellectual curiosity, interest and understanding in finance and markets and demonstrate depth and breadth in B2B marketing. He/she/they will have experience managing execution of campaign elements, curation of audience, execution of email campaigns. They must be able to collaborate effectively with a talented team of internal professionals and vendor partners - across PR, digital marketing, video production, conferences/events and creative services -- to support the business and brand objectives.
Requirements/Qualifications
- MBA, MS or BA degree
- 4-7 years' experience in marketing, preferably for a financial institutions or business publications
- Experience in managing digital content, preferably on Eloqua platform or equivalent
- Superior oral/written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to details in work product critically important
- Ability to plan, organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with limited supervision.
- Strong drive and motivation to excel and act with urgency
- Excellent knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets and financial services
- Exceptional professionalism and confidence demonstrating the ability to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and navigate a matrixed environment.
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to quickly assess and pivot to high priority items
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
