Were looking for a unique hands-on leader for the role of Digital Marketing Manager. We need someone who sees the company vision, can architect our digital marketing strategy, and loves the challenge of rolling up their sleeves to execute the work. As a B2B cybersecurity staffing and consulting leader, Entelligence has strong industry-leading cybersecurity vendor partnerships and a great reputation for executing large, complex cybersecurity projects. Your role as a Digital Marketing Manager will be pivotal in executing our digital strategy to drive exponential growth through the next phase of the companys development.
Key Responsibilities
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for a wide array of activities aimed at establishing and enhancing our thought leadership in the cybersecurity sector. Your key responsibilities will include:
Marketing Strategy and Performance:
Collaborate with key leaders to develop the companys overall marketing strategy.
Establish and track objectives and KPIs to demonstrate return on investment in attracting new clients and new employees.
Social Media Management:
Craft and regularly post engaging content on LinkedIn and other social media platforms to highlight our expertise, achievements, and insights in cybersecurity.
Network with industry professionals and engage with relevant posts to increase our visibility and authority.
Blog Development:
Oversee the creation of high-quality, informative blog posts addressing current cybersecurity trends, insights, and best practices.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and client experts within our team to develop content that underscores our knowledge and experience.
Podcast Initiatives:
Plan and execute a series of podcasts featuring discussions with cybersecurity experts, clients, and thought leaders.
Use podcasts as a platform to discuss complex cybersecurity challenges and our innovative solutions.
Video Production:
Produce and manage a series of YouTube videos providing insights into cybersecurity topics, showcase our projects, and highlight client testimonials.
Develop a content calendar for regular video releases to keep our audience engaged and informed.
Article Writing:
Write and publish articles in leading industry magazines and online platforms to share our expertise and insights.
Collaborate with industry influencers for co-authored pieces to widen our reach and credibility.
White Paper Creation:
Research and develop comprehensive white papers on cutting-edge cybersecurity topics to showcase our deep understanding and innovative approaches.
Use white papers as a tool for lead generation and to reinforce our position as industry experts.
Seminars and Speaking Engagements:
Identify and participate in key seminars and conferences related to cybersecurity.
Secure speaking engagements to share knowledge, represent our company, and network with potential clients and partners.
Drive Thought Leadership:
Lead our thought leadership agenda by staying ahead of industry trends and regularly sharing insights with our audience.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and client needs.
Your efforts in these areas will be crucial in reinforcing our reputation as a leader in the cybersecurity field, attracting top-tier clients, and contributing to our ongoing growth and success.
Requirements
Alignment with our core values.
Bachelors or masters degree in marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role, preferably in B2B technology consulting or staffing.
Advanced or expert knowledge of LinkedIn marketing tools.
Strong knowledge of website analytics tools.
Experience in setting up and optimizing innovative marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to be both a leader and a hands-on contributor.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or others)
While not mandatory, having a recognized digital marketing certification (such as from Google, HubSpot, or DMA) is a plus!
