Reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in steering the digital transformation of Beko North America, with a primary focus on website management. This key position entails defining and executing the digital marketing strategy, with a keen emphasis on optimizing the Beko and Blomberg websites to enhance user experience and drive engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Website Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing website performance, prioritizing user experience, and engagement for Beko & Blomberg websites.
  • Plan, create, implement, manage, monitor, and update websites. Manage website content using a CMS, ensuring accuracy of product numbers, descriptions, and procedures, and that images are properly sized, named, and tagged.
  • Define, test, optimize, and launch SEO programs to improve website visibility, and monitor and report on website traffic, site performance, and engagement levels.
  • Manage the third-party relationship for website development and design. Work with global teams for website and digital communications and prepare marketing presentations and reports when necessary.
  • Ensure the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations and keep the website's domain and hosting registration current.
  • Assist Brand lead in overseeing the key retail partners' digital ads, collaborating to optimize brand's online presence, and implement effective digital strategies.
  • Assist in conducting a thorough review process for digital mediums, including the brand's and retail partners' websites, ensuring end-to-end evaluation and continuous improvement in alignment with strategic objectives.

Email Marketing:

  • Coordinate end-to-end email processes, including campaign setup, scheduling, testing, deployment, and maintenance of email calendars for various audience groups.
  • Lead the review management process and plan & execute full-funnel activations to enhance the review process across brand and dealers' websites.

Digital Advertising:

  • Possess experience in media planning & buying, contributing to the development and implementation of paid media strategies across various channels.
  • Coordinate and execute digital advertising campaigns with vertical and horizontal media outlets, as well as trade organizations.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze and report on the performance of website-centric paid media campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze and report on the overall performance of paid media campaigns.

Budget Management: Track budget, obtain proof of work and tracking backup invoices to assist in effective budget management.



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in managing corporate websites ideally B2B and B2C.
  • Experience of admin level ownership of tools and CMS platforms; ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Shopify experience is a nice to have,
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Console and web experimentation tools and using insights to make data led decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practice and platforms to support optimization.
  • Experienced in working with content editors and backend developers.
  • Analytical competence, problem-solving skills, results-oriented, and strong time management skills are required.
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under tight deadlines
