- Develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing and social media communication strategy.
- Maintain and elevate our brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Create compelling and effective content for various digital mediums.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns to actively engage our client base and attract potential candidates.
- Foster public relations with key industry stakeholders and media outlets.
- Organize and execute events that not only enhance professional networking but also drive new business opportunities.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insightful reports.

Key Performance Indicators:
- Social Media Engagement and Growth: Monitor and increase our social media presence, assessing the effectiveness of content through engagement metrics.
- Event Attendance and Feedback: Achieve attendance targets and gather attendee feedback to measure event success.
- Brand Awareness and Perception: Track changes in brand awareness, utilizing analytics and market research.
- Content Reach and Impact: Evaluate the effectiveness of our content across different platforms.
- Lead Generation: Monitor leads generated through events and social media, and their conversion into tangible business opportunities.
- Public Relations Success: Assess the impact of PR efforts through media coverage analysis.
- Digital Marketing ROI: Calculate the ROI of digital marketing campaigns, analyzing various performance metrics.
- Innovation in Campaigns: Continuously innovate and bring creativity to our marketing campaigns and events.
- 4-7+ years of experience in multi-product campaign planning across various marketing tactics and platforms.
- Familiarity with Hubspot, project management tools, and omni-channel campaign planning.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools for in-depth metrics and reporting.
- Proven ability to execute strategies effectively and drive results.
- Experience in a matrix environment, driving program creation and success.
- Comprehensive understanding of integrated marketing and the marketing mix.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams.
