The Digital Marketing Manager oversees digital display media planning and buying and is responsible for strategically developing and directing objectives that drive conversions, grow brand awareness, enhance lead generation and customer retention. The position collaborates with sales, customer service, Product + Technology and human resources to help define the strategic direction of media plans and campaigns to ensure they align with the brand story. The Digital Marketing Manager drives digital marketing best practices including strategy development, frameworks for search marketing, customer communications, event marketing and social connection around the firm and across all phases of the customer buying cycle.

Additional Details:

* Leverages experience and current media technology to create innovative campaigns that stand apart, reach targeted audiences, inspire meaningful brand engagements and enhance the brand story.

* Partners with various marketing team members to develop and implement strategies for digital marketing channels and capabilities, including search - organic and paid, media, social, email and marketing automation plans.

* Collaborates with content leaders on audience development strategies.

* Measures performance, provides feedback on objectives, analyzes ROI and optimizes digital campaigns for maximum reach and conversion.

* Tracks and reports on success metrics for all marketing programs weekly for the purpose of optimizing campaign efforts.

* Communicates with senior leadership on initiative results, trending, ROI and strategy adjustments.

* Develops and manages all related operating and capital budgets responsibly.

Requirements:

* Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

* Knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing channels and platforms.

* Expert in Paid Media, Google AdWords and Google Analytics

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field. MBA preferred.

* Experience presenting to executive leadership is essential.

* The ability to manage others, cross-functional teams, and projects through to successful results are critical.

* 5-7 years professional experience in digital marketing. Agency experience a plus.
