The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing Sisel's digital marketing and content strategy to build brand awareness, attract distributors and customers alike, and to increase sales. This role includes deploying successful digital business plans from ideation to execution throughout all digital platforms, including affiliate marketing, social media, email, SMS, blog, app, and web.

  • Leads the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including implementation, optimization, testing, and reporting
  • Cultivates objectives, strategies, and implementation of affiliate program, including affiliate partnerships and campaigns
  • Constantly evaluates digital marketing and affiliate marketing trends and new opportunities to drive growth and sales
  • Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords audiences, conversion tracking and cookie placement
  • Collaborates with a team of designers, videographers, marketing technology specialists, marketing coordinators, project managers, and international market coordinators who support the implementation of the digital content strategy and marketing plan
  • Works closely with internal and external web development partners to create, manage, and troubleshoot website setup and functionality, triggered emails, etc.
  • Develops campaigns and promotions in concert with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate revenue and to keep Distributors engaged
  • Oversees and contributes content for Social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube), videos, brochures, newsletters, email, web content, catalogs, and other marketing collateral
  • Manages content, sales strategy, SEO, design, traffic acquisition, and analytics
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
  • Entrepreneurial and growth mindset


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the network marketing or direct sales industry
  • Experience with web developers preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS is desired
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into creative and compelling campaigns and messages
  • Ability to remain organized, detail-oriented, and deadline driven
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills
  • Capable of managing multiple projects at the same time and meeting strict deadlines
  • High level of proficiency required in all Microsoft Office programs
