Minno is an early-stage, investor-backed media and technology company based in Nashville focused on improving Christian families' lives through media and technology. We're looking for a remarkable Digital Marketing Manager to drive our email marketing and conversion rate optimization efforts.

Minno was founded in 2019 by Erick Goss and Dan Raines. Erick and Dan recognized that most Christian parents were frustrated with their media options and were looking for shows and streaming options that reflected their faith and values, designed specifically for kids. With a desire to provide the tools to foster faith and fun for the next generation of Christians, Minno was born.

In the short time we've been around, we have built a business experiencing triple-digit revenue growth with a team of over 20 employees. Our team is led by top executives from brand-name e-commerce and content companies like Amazon, PBS KIDS, Duolingo, HarperCollins Christian Publishing, and Capital Christian Music, as well as a variety of start-ups and leading Christian entertainment brands.

Minno serves kids and families through:

  • Minno Kids , our industry-leading ad-free streaming video app and primary revenue driver
  • Minno Originals , our breakthrough original children's programming like the Laugh & Grow Bible for Kids and Young David
  • Minno Kids YouTube channel , one of the fastest-growing children's channels
  • Minno Press , our children's book publishing unit that includes the award-winning and bestselling Laugh & Grow Bible for Kids

Primary responsibilities at a high level:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who isn't afraid of rolling up their sleeves and playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital strategy, focusing on optimizing email campaigns and conversion rates across digital channels.

This hybrid role requires a candidate who can seamlessly transition between crafting compelling email content and implementing communication strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

Our Digital Marketing Manager's charter will be composed of:

  • Email Marketing Strategy & Optimization:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy covering onboarding, engagement, and retention campaigns.
    • Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to maximize performance.
    • Collaborate with the product team to build, test, and deploy email campaigns using marketing automation tools and actionable user insights.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization:
    • Analyze user journeys and conduct A/B testing to optimize website elements, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
    • Implement CRO strategies to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Content Creation:
    • Collaborate with the content team to craft compelling, targeted content that resonates with our audience.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communications.
  • Data-driven Insights:
    • Utilize data analytics to gather insights into user behavior, email performance, and conversion metrics.
    • Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve both email and website performance.
  • List Management:
    • Oversee list segmentation, hygiene, and maintenance to optimize targeting and deliverability.
    • Implement strategies to grow the subscriber base and increase overall engagement.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure deliverability and compliance with email marketing best practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with marketing, design, and tech teams to implement CRO initiatives and optimize email campaigns.
    • Communicate findings, insights, and results effectively to stakeholders.

Reporting and culture:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll report directly to the Chief Experience Officer and join a seasoned and experienced marketing and member experience team.
