Through our proprietary mobile app or commercial platform, clients can book a service and a licensed professional will come to their location.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager role contributes directly to the continued growth of Soothe's business. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of Soothe's marketing initiatives to meet revenue and subscriber goals. This role includes managing paid customer acquisition channels while also supporting Soothe's B2C and B2B marketing activities.
Essential Functions:
- Multichannel Marketing: Oversee the creation and management of digital campaigns across various channels, including SEM, display advertising, social media, and email marketing, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the execution and scheduling of monthly marketing campaigns, covering digital ads promotional emails, website updates, graphic design, and content creation using a combination of in-house and outsourced resources.
- Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the results of digital campaigns, presenting findings to leadership. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance future strategies and maximize ROI.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and informative content for B2B sales purposes, ensuring our services are effectively communicated to our target audience.
- Technology Awareness: Comfortable using a variety of marketing and analytical tools. Stay current with the latest digital media trends and technologies within the sector, ensuring our strategies align with industry best practices.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
- Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing,
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Analytics Expertise: Advanced knowledge of reporting and analytics, with proficiency in app and web analytic tools such as , Amplitude, Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tagging system requirements and content management systems. Also proficient in Google Suite applications
- A strong foundation of marketing experience balanced with a passion for continuous growth and learning

Salary Description
$85,000 - $100,000
